Several people living in the community of Jubilee Landing in Sherwood Park have been dealing with flooding issues since the beginning of June. “I’m getting really tired of it. It’s been a — for lack of a better word — a crappy spring so far,” says one resident of a neighbourhood in Jubilee Landing. Constant rain has caused a neighbouring storm pond to overflow right into backyards and driveways. “It’s completely frustrating,” says resident Nicholas Dowdell, who says he’s had to write off his vehicles after they were flooded.
