Supergirl just came out, and watching Jason Momoa riding on a space motorcycle was really a highlight for me. He plays Lobo, and Momoa just embodies the character. Calling people Bastich and whatnot! However, here is the thing, though. The movie Lobo is actually tame. Whatever chaos we see Momoa do in the film, which is a lot, is nothing compared to the comic book Lobo. Introduced back in 1983, the comic book Lobo is an alien bounty hunter who goes by The Main Man. He was created by Roger Slifer and Keith Giffen as a parody of hyper-violent antiheroes like Wolverine and the Punisher. The gag was that no one would take him seriously. But DC fans?
