Michaela Cash says the Labor government has “legalised corruption" through their introduction of new pro-union procurement laws. The new laws passed by the Senate give the government special dispensation when awarding government contracts to discriminate in favour of companies who have done enterprise bargaining deals with the unions. “You don’t legalise corruption and hand out those contracts to companies that are doing deals with your union mates,” Ms Cash told Sky News host Chris Kenny. ‘You have to be kidding me.”
