Sky News Defence Analyst Peter Jennings is doubtful any progress will be made in Doha between Iran and the US, saying we should “expect no real peace”. “The Iranians are fundamentally not prepared to give ground on the issues that the Americans most want them to,” Mr Jennings told Sky News host Andrew Bolt. “Iran’s objective, I think, is to keep the Americans locked into a process of talks which never quite resolves. “I think Trump has met his match when it comes to the art of the deal, and it is the Iranian leadership. “Expect no real peace.”
