About 1,500 people are stranded west of Calgary as several communities remain under a state of local emergency. Days of heavy rainfall have triggered flood warnings and an evacuation alert, with officials warning people to stay away from waterways. Alberta Parks staff and other emergency responders have been dispatched to the area to help evacuate campers, shut down roads and monitor infrastructure in the area. Global's Adam MacVicar reports.
