Former Labor MP Michael Danby reacts to Chinese Ambassador to Australia Xiao Qian attacking ASIO for allegedly fabricating spying claims against China. “You can’t believe the cheek of the Chinese to criticise,” Mr Danby told Sky News host James Morrow. “The arrest of two Chinese people in Canberra for spying on local Buddhists is outrageous,” he said. “The ambassador should get back in his box. “The Canberra Press Gallery ought to go after him for these kinds of things.”
