LiveNOW’s Andy Mac is speaking with Brent Johnson who covers politics for NJ.com, as Republican Rep. Tom Kean Jr. makes his return to Congress. Rep. Kean’s return comes after a months-long absence that he later revealed had been related to him being recently treated for depression. Addressing the House floor on Tuesday, Kean said that he has returned "healthier, stronger and excited" to get back to work. According to our partners at FOX 5 New York, despite his time away, Kean won an uncontested primary on June 2 and is continuing his campaign for reelection. In November, he will face Democratic nominee Rebecca Bennett in what is expected to be one of New Jersey’s most competitive races.
