‘The Megyn Kelly Show’ host Megyn Kelly says the Supreme Court's decision to uphold birthright citizenship is disappointing, arguing the issue has become driven by politics rather than law. “It’s disappointing; I mean, there's just no way to get around it. It’s a terribly disappointing decision; it’s not a surprise,” Ms Kelly told Sky News host Paul Murray. “It’s sort of morphed into a situation where we’ve accepted, okay, that we were going to treat this as no matter where you’re from, no matter whether you’re here illegally or not, if you have a kid here, your kid can be legal."
