‘Foolish' Labor’s ‘real challenge’ is the rental market

Former NSW Labor treasurer Michael Costa says Labor’s “key focus” should be on the rental market as he sees it as its “real challenge”. “These fools predicted a $1 to $2 increase in rents,” Mr Costa told Sky News host Andrew Bolt. “Based on all of that data that we have seen… we are going to see rents go through the roof as a result of this. “The very people that they claim they’re trying to help are going to be worse off.”
