I don’t think that the much-awaited second season of X-Men 97 could have received a better start than the first three episodes that have been released. Marvel animation is really setting the bar high, in line with the legacy of the OG 90s series and a perfect follow-up in X-Men 97 Season 1. This time around, the stakes are higher, and the villains are more powerful, and it is suddenly about more than just some mutant-hating team and propaganda to deal with. The fate of the universe is at risk with the rise of Apocalypse across different timelines, and the scattered X-Men must find a way to deal with the threat. I have loved the three episodes in season 2, but more importantly, I am curious to find out what is in store for the fans up next. #XMen97 #XMen97Season2 #XMen #marvelanimation
