Prime Minister Mark Carney and British Columbia Premier David Eby have signed a multibillion-dollar memorandum of understanding (MOU) amid Alberta's push to expand the oil industry. Eby had previously voiced fierce opposition to any new pipeline through his province, but now says he will not stand in the way of that potential project.
