The man accused of killing UK student Henry Nowak and lying about it to police is appealing his conviction. Vickrum Digwa was sentenced to a minimum of 21 years in jail over the stabbing death of Mr Nowak in December last year. Bodycam footage showed police handcuffing the 18-year-old as he was dying after Vickrum Digwa claimed he was the victim of a racist attack. No date has been set for the appeal yet.
