The SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7 Wireless Gen 2 might look almost identical to the original Nova 7, but there's actually quite a lot that's changed under the hood. SteelSeries has improved nearly every aspect of the headset, including battery life, wireless features, app support and overall usability, while keeping everything that made the original such a popular wireless gaming headset. That doesn't mean every change is an upgrade though. Some things remain largely unchanged, and there's one particularly frustrating issue that SteelSeries still hasn't addressed. In this review, I'll break down the sound quality, comfort, microphone, battery life, companion app and wireless performance, while directly comparing the Arctis Nova 7 Wireless Gen 2 to the original Nova 7. If you're wondering whether it's worth upgrading, or if this is the wireless gaming headset to buy in 2026, here's everything you need to know. Product was supplied for review.
