Sky News host Jaimee Rogers says Australia has become one of the worst-performing developed economies for underlying inflation. “The Treasurer says high inflation is because of COVID, Ukraine, the Middle East,” Ms Rogers said. “But leading economists say our inflation problem is homegrown. “KPMG Chief Economist Brendan Rynne said with the benefit of hindsight, the RBA's three cash rate cuts last year were a mistake.”
