Sky News host Chris Kenny questions whether China's missile launch was deliberately timed to send a message as Australia signed a major treaty with Fiji. “Not only is the timing absolutely in sync with what was happening in Fiji, but China announced this, China publicly announced this before it even happened,” Mr Kenny said. “We need to see the Prime Minister saying directly that this is reckless and irresponsible behaviour by China.”
