Sky News host Jaimee Rogers reacts to analysis revealing just one-third of Australia’s total migration program went to someone approved as a skilled worker. “This shows we need smarter migration; Australians have always supported migration when it's planned, when it's genuinely in the national interest,” Ms Rogers said. “If only one in three permanent migrants is the skilled worker, then perhaps it's time the government stopped calling it a skilled migration program.”
