Sky News host Jaimee Rogers says China’s missile launch is a reminder that the Pacific is no longer “immune from global power politics”. “This should force a serious conversation about whether we are taking national security seriously enough,” Ms Rogers said. “The Pacific is our front yard, and if Beijing is prepared to fire missiles into that area, then Australia needs to wake up. “Yesterday's missile test showed one thing very clearly, China is preparing for a more dangerous world.”
