Bolt condemns Albanese's 'sexist' remarks about Japanese leader

Sky News host Andrew Bolt says the Prime Minister embarrassed Australia by making what he described as an inappropriate joke about a key ally's leader. “What I and so many overlooked is how Albanese also mocked and sexualized the prime minister of one of our most critical allies in these suddenly dangerous times,” Mr Bolt said. “Takaichi also had a gift for Albanese: a crown melon, to thank Australia for letting in imports of this prize fruit. “Takaichi actually gave him one melon, so it's clear that Albanese, by turning it into two, was making a pathetic sexual joke at her expense, made even clearer by him gesturing around his chest. “So how can we afford to have a prime minister who treats Japan's female leader with such sexist disrespect?”
