We are learning more this week as family and activists continue to call for transparency after the deadly shooting of a man in Houston by a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer. According to our partners at FOX 26 Houston, the family of Lorenzo Salgado Araujo say he was shot and killed by an ICE officer in the city on Tuesday morning. "I am calling for a full investigation into the events that transpired yesterday," said Ronaldo Salgado, Salgado Araujo’s son. "He did not deserve to die. He did not deserve to be reduced to a headline of ‘Mexican man shot and killed by ICE.’" LiveNOW’s Anna Marsick is speaking with Mekenna Earnhardt with FOX 26 Houston as activists continue to gather in the area around where the incident occurred.
