Former US Army vice chief of staff General Jack Keane accuses Russian President Vladimir Putin of trying to kill as many civilians as possible to put pressure on Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. “The tide of war has turned against him [Vladimir Putin] and he’s trying to punish and kill as many civilians as possible to put pressure on Zelensky to make concessions,” Mr Keane told Sky News host Andrew Bolt. “I guarantee you he will not make concessions.”
