We are learning more this week as David Hearn, a former Olympic canoeist, pleaded not guilty to deliberately damaging the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool in Washington, D.C. According to reports, Hearn entered the plea through one of his attorneys during his initial appearance in D.C. Superior Court. We are learning now that a status hearing was scheduled for Aug. 5.
