China braces for deadly Typhoon Bavi

At least 17 people have died in the Southern Philippines as Typhoon Bavi swept through the island nation. ​The storm, spanning 1,000 kilometres at its widest point, is currently moving towards China, and at least 600,000 people have already been evacuated.
