First of all, 80s B horror didn’t know anything about subtlety. They were either extremely grimy and the bleakest imagination of the real world, or some dark and raunchy comedy that suddenly turned into a messy gorefest. And then you'll be absolutely freaked out by some of the grotesque-looking monsters, which are more like an authoritarian implant than a supernatural occurrence.
