Wild weather including tornadoes, heat and flooding continue to hit Prairies

It’s been a wild weather weekend across this country, particularly in the Prairies where 14 tornadoes were reported in Saskatchewan since Friday. Meanwhile, in Manitoba the city of Brandon is now under a state of emergency because of flooding. Both provinces are dealing with a stifling heat wave that stretches all the way to Quebec.
