Writer and Comedian Michael Loftus mocks Supergirl as a box office flop, arguing that audiences have no interest in "woke girl boss" movies. “Who gave the green light to this movie? Who in Hollywood was like, you know what audiences want? They want a woke girl boss; look at how well Snow White did,” Mr Loftus told Sky News host Rita Panahi. “Nobody wants to see this; they’re making movies for an audience that does not exist. “This is like gross negligence that they even greenlit this movie … I’m starting to think they’re just doing this for the insurance money.”
