Writer and broadcaster Esther Krakue says Andy Burnham is forgetting that Manchester is in major debt when touting the city as a model. “H’s trying to tout the successes of ‘Manchesterism’ as a model we should be following nationally,” Ms Krakue told Sky News Digital Presenter Gabriella Power. “He seems to forget that Manchester is in billions of pounds worth of debt, the city is poorly run.”
