The Australian’s Chief International Correspondent Cameron Stewart says the concept of diplomacy between the US and Iran is now “completely out the window”. “What Donald Trump has said in the last 48 hours is his claim that America will now be the guardian of the Strait of Hormuz,” Mr Stewart told Sky News Australia. “This really changes the nature of this conflict…because really it means the US will continue this fight. “All concept of diplomacy is now out the window.”
