In today’s video I’m building on a lesson my mom taught me when I was little: "When you're feeling a little sad, do something for someone else......" So today we are putting together 45 “Dinner in a Bag” meals made with dry, pantry-stable ingredients. These are simple meal kits families can keep in their pantry and cook later by just adding water or meat when they’re ready to make dinner. Meals like this can be incredibly helpful during tight grocery weeks, emergencies, or difficult seasons of life. My hope is these simple pantry meals can make dinner just a little easier for someone who needs it.
