You NEED to try them!! #easydessert #food #cookiedough #cheesecake Recipe: Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Bars! 20 oz raw cookie dough 8 oz cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup sugar 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla extract Preheat oven to 350 degrees Line a large muffin pan with parchment paper or foil Spread 1/2 of the cookie dough to the bottom of the muffin pan. To a small bowl beat together the cream cheese and sugar. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until smooth. Pour over the cookie dough. Rip the other half of the cookie dough apart and place it over the cheesecake layer. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the center is cooked. Let cool then store in the refrigerator.
