This affordable, budget-friendly meal is quick to make, customizable, and perfect for anyone cooking on a budget. If you’re looking for cheap meals, easy ramen recipes, or low-cost dinner ideas, this one’s for you! 1 tbsp olive oil 3 packages chicken-flavor ramen 20 oz bag frozen stir-fry vegetables ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce 4 tbsp water To a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Once hot, add the vegetables and cook for 7–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they start to turn golden brown around the edges. Meanwhile, bring a medium pot of water to a boil. Add the ramen noodles (without the seasoning packets) and cook for 3–4 minutes. Drain well. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet with the vegetables. Sprinkle in one seasoning packet, pour in the soy sauce and water, and toss everything together. Let it cook for another 2–3 minutes until the noodles absorb the sauce. Serve warm
