Toronto had the worst air quality in the world as of Wednesday afternoon due to wildfire smoke drifting in from northwestern Ontario. IQ Air, a Swiss air quality technology company that operates the world’s largest real-time air quality information platform, ranked Canada’s largest city as the worst for air quality, ahead of Kinshasha in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Delhi and Doha, Qatar.
