SHEET PAN HAWAIIAN CHICKEN | Easy 30-Minute Dinner This Sheet Pan Hawaiian Chicken is one of the easiest weeknight dinners! Juicy chicken, sweet pineapple, colorful bell peppers, and a simple homemade teriyaki-style sauce all baked together on ONE pan. Minimal prep, minimal cleanup, and tons of flavor made on a budget! Ingredients 1½ lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes 1 red bell pepper, diced 1 yellow bell pepper, diced 1 red onion, diced 1 (20 oz) can pineapple chunks (reserve the juice) Sauce ¼ cup soy sauce 3 tablespoons brown sugar 3 tablespoons reserved pineapple juice 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon olive oil Instructions Preheat oven to 375°F. Drain the pineapple chunks and reserve some of the juice. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or spray with nonstick spray. Add the cubed chicken, bell peppers, onion, and pineapple chunks to the sheet pan. Spread everything into an even layer.
