X-Men ’97 Season 2 Episode 8 Predictions Explained - What Happens Next?

Although the second season is suffering from a disorder caused by a limited number of episodes, and things are not being as fleshed out as they should be, X-Men ‘97 Season 2 is still finding good ways to surprise us. After 4 very strong episodes, we got one with Brood-infected Wolverine, another with the Danger Room itself brought to life, and the seventh episode detailed a mutant trial, although I am not sure how much I appreciated taking side of a genocidal bigot like Graydon Creed. But even if we ignore the whole Acolytes of Magneto arc and the unfair treatment and portrayal of Exodus, the seventh episode was worth it for another reason… I am talking about the two cliffhangers at the end. Firstly, the shrivelled body of Apocalypse and secondly, the card… Gambit’s playing card, which seems to suggest that Gambit killed Apocalypse. #XMen97 #XMen97Season2 #XMen97Ep8 #disneyplus
