News24 host Rowan Dean discusses the recent deal struck between US President Donald Trump and Hamas. “US President Donald Trump says that his Board of Peace has reached an agreement for the complete disarmament of Hamas and other armed groups in Gaza,” Mr Dean said. “I wouldn’t be taking Hamas’ word for that one. “Donald Trump is the optimist if nothing else; he says it’s a critical step towards Gaza finally being governed by a new Palestinian government.”
