US President Donald Trump states the $1.8 billion “anti-weaponisation fund” is “dead,” but says he still wants payouts. “I think people were horribly treated, horribly abused … I’d like to see them compensated,” Mr Trump said. “The Biden administration and the Obama administration weaponised government and destroyed lives.”
