With less than 36 hours to go till WestJet flight attendants could walk off the job, the airline has started parking some of its planes. The federal government is not yet ready to intervene, urging the two sides to work out a deal at the bargaining table. But that doesn’t ease the potential travel turbulence facing tens of thousands of passengers, some trying to adjust their travel plans, while others are not sure they need to. Touria Izri reports. The backlash continues for embattled FIFA President Gianni Infantino. One of his senior advisors has resigned over a controversial plan to partially privatize the organization for big profit.
