The fact of the matter is that anyone who ever liked the V/H/S franchise should be excited with this news of a collaboration between V/H/S and S.C.P with a new movie called V/H/S: S.C.P, and after coming to know that the two are collaborating, I was left wondering why didn’t we have this earlier? Like it makes total and complete sense. The V/H/S movies have all but become synonymous with found footage horror and the franchise itself has built its identity around fractured tapes, ugly little monsters and mysteries, while the crux remains about how someone found footage they were never supposed to find, let alone look at it. On the other hand, The S.C.P Foundation also lives and breathes in this exact same emotional space, except its so-called “files” are basically containment reports, field records, incident logs, and other classified documents about things that humans do not believe exist. #VHSSCP #VHS #SCP #SCPFoundation #foundfootage
