Azura Financial Director Tom Hawley warns Australia's property market is falling sharply as population growth continues to outpace new home construction. “The property market is falling quite steeply,” Mr Hawley told News24 host Jaimee Rogers. “I think it’s just revealing the actual true nature of the market slowly since the budget’s come out and it’s getting worse and worse.”
