News24 host Steve Price says Spain's immigration policies created the conditions for tens of thousands of Moroccan migrants to overwhelm the border at Ceuta. “When I see the incredible pictures of those Moroccan illegals crossing into Spanish territory, I can't believe the numbers,” Mr Price said. “When you, however, read the background to the Spanish government and their inexplicable law changes, which was basically hanging a carrot out for residency in front of these people, it makes sense. “The Spaniards really brought all this on themselves.”
