News24 Defence Analyst Peter Jennings discusses whether a large-scale strike on Iran would achieve its intended strategic and political objectives. “I think it is an exaggeration, isn’t it? So what strategic purpose, what political purpose would an attack of that nature serve?” Mr Jennings told News24 host Steve Price. “He’s been talking for months now about when the big attack comes, it’s going to be destroying Iranian infrastructure; I don’t necessarily see how that achieves his objectives.”
