News24 host Peta Credlin says Australians have responded in force by flooding her inbox with images of the national flag, declaring where the country's "real heart and soul" truly lies. “The flag images that have been flooding into my email account from you are a sign that our country is on a very different wavelength than what perhaps our prime minister would have us believe,” Ms Credlin said. “The Prime Minister, well, he likes to stand in front of three flags - two of them that belong to some of us but only one of those flags, our national flag, that belongs to us all. “Nothing gives me more hope in our future than to see your response to our flag and when I read your emails that accompany the pictures. “It speaks volumes about the sort of good people who watch this program, but also to where the real heart and soul of our country is. “And as we know only too well, it's not in Canberra and certainly not in the Prime Minister’s office.”
