The latest trade tariffs imposed by United States President Donald Trump have triggered a U.S. court challenge yet again. After the U.S. Supreme Court struck down Donald's Trump's first round of global tariffs, his administration quickly announced a second round under different sections of the country's trade act. Now, more than two dozen states are suing Trump administration, arguing the tariffs are unlawful. Global's Heidi Petracek explains what chance the lawsuit may have.
