On tonight's episode of Paul Murray Live, News24 host Paul Murray warns Australia's literacy and numeracy standards are collapsing after alarming NAPLAN results. “A significant number of kids are below minimum standards when it comes to literacy and numeracy,” Mr Murray said. “Now this is a problem across the entire country. “Reading and writing scores are going backwards for almost every age group in Australia’s national standardised school tests. “One in three students still failing to meet the NAPLAN benchmarks.”
