It was supposed to be a trip across Canada to honour her late husband, Lawrence; However, an Alberta woman says that process was disrupted by Air Canada. Why? Despite proper documentation to transport them, Twyla Shannahan was told she had to check his remains as luggage. By the time Shannahan arrived in St Johns, she learned Lawrence’s ashes were lost.
