U.S. diplomacy is under strain as a months-long diplomatic spat between the United States and Brazil unfolds. The Trump administration has revoked the ambassador’s visa as the diplomatic dispute between the two nations escalates. The U.S. is also announcing it's closing several consulates and embassies around the world – including one in Winnipeg.
