United States Studies Centre Honorary Associate Dr Harry Melkonian responds to US President Donald Trump’s crackdown on birth tourism with new executive orders. “Executive orders are going to be challenged; he can’t override the Supreme Court,” Dr Melkonian told News24. “One of them is giving the right to consular officers to exclude people who look like they’re going to have a baby in the United States. “That has nothing to do with illegals because illegals don't come in on a visa.”
