News24 host Rowan Dean blasts the publicly funded ABC for “never” telling all sides of a story. “If you remember, whenever it was last year, when you had that vile photograph of a woman like Madonna holding a supposed starving child in Gaza,” Mr Dean said. “The ABC and the mainstream media pumped this photo; you couldn’t escape this photo; it was on every news show. ”The photo had been staged; it was Hamas propaganda. “This is the perversity of the mainstream media, but particularly the ABC, whose charter demands that it tells all sides of the story, and it never does. “That’s another institution to pull out of.”
