Shadow Home Affairs and Immigration Minister Jonathan Duniam savages Immigration Minister Tony Burke after Labor cancelled a speech announcing migration cuts before declaring there would be no cuts. “I call it cynical politics with a capital P, maybe mixed in with a little bit of incompetence in there as well,” Mr Duniam told News24 host Paul Murray. “They’ve got to get on and do it. “I have little faith that anything that they say, anything they announce, will make a jot of difference to this problem.”
