News24 contributor Caroline Di Russo questions how comprehensive the Royal Commission can be without examining the role of political leaders, including Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, in the policies and failures surrounding antisemitism. “This is not just a Royal Commission about what happened on the day of Bondi,” Ms Di Russo told News24 host Chris Kenny. “Various members of our political class and our prime minister are among them; they have a place in what the policy is, the positions that have been taken, the failures that have occurred. “Until you hear that sort of evidence, you really wonder, well, how comprehensive this royal commission is.”
