Typhoon Dolphin has now made landfall on China’s east coast, with torrential rain and winds of more than 150/km/h. Hundreds of thousands of people have evacuated across eastern China and more than 1,300 flights have been cancelled. Some areas are expecting more than 400mm of rain over the next few days. Authorities are warning of extreme flooding and landslides.
